I hope we’re not being blinded by last seasons numbers. Previous 2 seasons he had 11 goals and 3 assists in 70 games. Similar to Chaplin although for me not quite as good. That said 6 million seems a reasonable price. |

A lot of comments calling him greedy/silly etc. I think this decision is based on him being told he’ll be back up keeper. At 33 he wants to be playing which you have to applaud. The negotiations took a while as no doubt he would have accepted being back up keeper if the money was right. Very sad to see him go, he helped win us a lot of points last season. He goes with my best wishes. |

I don't mind it, it can add to the drama of a football match. Yes mistakes are still made but less mistakes are made with it than without it, but mistakes are highlighted more now with VAR. I cannot see it being scrapped anytime soon. |

Some of the comments are bizarre. It’s a freak result, that’s all. We actually played quite well at times. I think maybe for some this triggered results of recent years vs lower league opposition and default to thinking the players were awful and lacked desire. As our captain said this was not the case.
We hit the woodwork 3 times. We missed 2 sitters (Aluko and Edmondson) had numerous other chances. We had a good shout for pen turned down. Their 2nd goal should have been pulled back for a foul. Another day an identical performance yields a 5-2 victory and all the bed wetters who don’t understand football come on here and praise the team for a job well done. |

As supporters we should be balanced and try keep some perspective. We’ve beaten every team at home in the championship this season bar Leicester and Leeds and both those teams we had a right good go at.
I think some fans as McKenna alludes to turn up and expect a routine win vs teams like QPR. But they still have good players, and with all the changes we were forced to make it was never going to be an easy win. We managed to avoid defeat and who knows, come the end of the season todays point could prove a vital one. |

I'm puzzled as to how showing a text saying a lateral flow result was negative is any kind of proof? All it shows is you were able to register a result online and you ticked the negative box. It was the same at the euro final - quite farcical.
Added to that all 3 in my household have tested positive on PRC tests, and yet my little boy and missus (twice) had LFT show as negative. |

Ringwood - Bolton are not allowed to postpone a game. They are basically refusing to play, they cannot be physically forced to play. They will receive further punishment for the cancellation to further compound their miserable situation.
Their team is made up of teenagers. I can't say I blame them and tbh feel sorry for them, must be a horrible situation to be in, especially for the fans.
I really don't think we should be complaining about the extra rest their teenagers will be getting. If we can't beat their team on Saturday regardless of the extra rest they may of had then we may as well give up now! |
