Utter rubbish. Took my EV to Scotland from Suffolk, toured around and got home with no drama. Nice to see our resident edgelord poking his nose in though..... [Post edited 21 Dec 2022 9:35]

 | Forum Reply | Ricky Gervais at Regent -**SPOILERS FOR THOSE GOING TONIGHT** at 13:22 16 Nov 2022
I have seen him at The Regent in the past and to be frank he isn't a stand up. He's an actor who puts on one man shows. He cannot handle hecklers, won't go off the cuff and has no audience interaction to riff on and that puts me off. He's a funny fella when he's being interviewed, but his 'stand up' always seems very scripted. In comparison to Stephen Merchant's stand up he's just not worth the money. In summary....I'm not keen! |

Remember seeing him in a testimonial after he retired....I want to say Laurie Sivell's but probably wrong! He was brilliant! I told my old Dad we should try to re-sign him....he would have been 35 by then and playing for Col u? [Post edited 4 Nov 2022 9:36]

 | Forum Reply | Are people missing the fact that this is about the 'sport' showing at 12:11 9 Sep 2022
It is a hardship for those who have paid for hotels, travel tickets, childcare etc. If people can't see the sacrifices some make to follow their team then that screams of a lack of empathy and idea of what's happening currently in the UK. Personally in the current financial crisis I think it sends the wrong message. It's almost saying mourning take priority over your personal circumstances which is wrong in my view. We should all be gathering en masse to show our respects, and where better than in a football stadium with 25k others singing GSTQ. [Post edited 9 Sep 2022 12:13]

Any idea why he was taken off tonight only fifteen minutes after coming on? Thought he was doing ok and seemed upset to be back in the bench? Injury maybe? |

 | Forum Thread | Borrow Season Tickets.... at 10:29 1 Jul 2022
I have been offered my neighbours season ticket for a few games while he is on holiday, however he is a Senior Citizen and despite appearances I am not.....do I just need to call the ticket office to pay the difference in ticket price for each match? Not sure how it works and the Help section on the website is empty! Cheers in advance! |

Went to 200 degree in Brum the other weekend. Best coffee I have had in a shop for years. Very nice staff too. |

Had an Efes Draft from Home Bargains the other day. Really good chilled! |

I used to think the same but there are a lot of decent ones being produced now :) If you avoid the carlings of this world you can get some really interesting stuff......some lager only breweries such as Utopian are making black lagers, viennas, kellers, pilsners.... Bit of a beer geek! Can you tell |

Nothing wrong with a ten pack of those little french stubbies chilled right down! Reminds me of my Yoof sitting in dad's kitchen with my mates necking a few and feeling like we were all grown up :) |

Yup I believe so. Brexit innit :) Think it's contract brewed at Tennants now if my memory serves me correct. The 0% alcohol one is brewed in France. Shame. Not really had many polish beers....seem to associate them with high strength low quality stuff from the corner shop, but that's my ignorance! Any recommendations? |

Used to love a Rheiny, but they have changed the brewer recently and it's not quite the same! My lager of choice currently would be something Italian like a Moretti or similar. Ale wise you can't go wrong with a Oakham Citra or a Summer Dream (elderflower IPA) from Green Jack |

Unfortunately he blocked me and called me all the names under the sun because I called out his lunacy. Really disappointing when people you admire as a kid turn out to be not who you thought. Good player....but..... |

And if you already buy the value stuff as a budget supermarket where do you go from there? Bin diving? The tories, and most labour MP's have no idea how hard it is for some people. Suggestions like this are pointless and insulting. |
