I could see players starting to adapt to different tactics. Fitness levels will truly show in the next 2 months. Results will improve. Magreal was a good organiser.

Don't write Cooky off. He could well blossom else where with less pressure and a really strong coach. Robson/Ferguson was like nice cop, tough cop pairing.
Similar would be good for us. Ferguson was also tactically very astute and ahead of his time in that respect. Robson was so enthusiastic and likeable, knew a good player when he saw one. And nearly always turned them into better players. |

Having watched every home game this season, my main gripe has been fitness levels, or rather after 60 minutes the lack of. In the back of my mind I also play two different formations. With Cookys formation and1 up top away but when possible at home the formation suggested by Forest fingers. My choice of players would be, Walton goalie just.( needs to really improve quick distribution). Wolfie, right centre back. Edmo on the left and Donacien down the middle. Giving all three the chance to get forward as much as possible to become extra midfielders. Aluko or Burns right wing back, Celina or Coulson when fit, left wing back. Morsey and Mizouni mid midfield pairing. Chaplin no 10 with piggot a false no 10 and Bonne an out and out up front poacjer/striker. |
