Help needed please- new build water leak

Hi,
This is my 4th week in a new build house. Water started leaking in the bathroom - it was visible on the floor (karndean) and downstairs walls. Plumber came and fixed the leak (which was in the bathtub). Now, the upstairs floor is becoming puffy at some places. I don't understand these structural issues and need your help. Could you please let me know what exactly should I ask them to replace/check as this is a new build eg flooring, wall painting. I am worried about the inside eg wood inside, insulation - anything can be done? Please help.
