In da pocket. Full time. Another win for me. Standard procedure.
On a serious note, Mickey looked so happy at the end!

I don't often comment, but I do feel rather compelled to today due to the particularity of the situation.

Due to heavy work-load commitments and living in-between Paris and London, I'm slightly ashamed but also perfectly happy to admit that I have only seen Town play 13 times in my life. 9 times at Portman Road, and 4 times away: those being: Crewe, Rotherham, Burnley, Sheffield Wednesday at away grounds.

Why do I state this?
To let you all know that, on the balance of probabilities, we will not lose today.
Why? Fortunately enough, I am going to my first game of the season at Birmingham today and ave, incredibly enough, NEVER seen Town lose when going to watch a game.
Whilst watching Town, these are my statistics:
Won: 10
Drawn: 3.

For those who may be in doubt, may I release you of your fears. This is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
Remember this comment after the game: I'm there. We won't lose.

Happy Birthday for Macc Lad?

He'll sign. Too much paperwork involved in cancelling an agreed, undisclosed fee.
It's 9.35 here in France but hell, time for some Moet!

Town and Cardiff Sound Out Ex-Posh Keeper
at 08:57:01

Let's look at is positively rather than the usual lack of optimism in this forum

-Economically, he would be perfectly viable as a transfer.
-He has plenty of experience at this level and, at the age of 24, has time to mature, develop and become a well-rounded goalkeeper at this level and, potentially, the level above. I've seen him play, he makes some fine saves but is sometimes inconsistent...the importance is the possibility to make these "fine saves"...inconsistency can be worked upon, nurtured and embellished.

Let's stop complaining all the time...at least he wasn't the keeper who let in 7 goals this season in the fixture Ipswich Town v Peterborough United...

Drury: Strength of Bench Keeping Me on My Toes
at 10:14:15

Blue lady: it's prima donna, not pre-madonna!

I'm currently in Paris for this year and, having spoken to some of the local team supporters, you would honestly have the justified belief that, should a team like Ipswich ask to loan a few players from 'Ligue 1' which can't make the first team (Ligue 1 which is probably equivalent in terms of quality to a league which you would find between the Premiership and the Championship), they would almost certainly jump at the chance in order to, thus, settle in the U.K. at a later stage. PSG have a fantastic team of about 35 players, but even teams such as Montpellier, Lille etc...some of these players would be jumping at the chance of playing in the UK and, thereby, obtaining experience.
Just a thought...
