This petition set up by Dorking Wanderers last night seems to have got a bit of attention on Twitter. I think that football games are to be shown in Vue cinemas yet (very reduced capacity etc.) pilots have not restarted at outdoor stadiums says it all, really.

Interested to know what people thought of the 4-4-2 yesterday?
Thought it really worked going forward early doors but felt we were a bit overrun by Burton's midfield until we switched to the 4-2-3-1.
Pros and cons and all that! It'll be interesting to see what Lambert goes for next weekend. |

Questioned on what was behind that meeting, Klug said: “You’d have to ask him that. I’m guessing that’s showing that the players are caring, I don’t know what the meeting was about. I did see them in, I wasn’t expecting them in.
“In other sports they will have a lot more say than in football, it’s not generally acknowledged that players will have a big say but if they feel they need to get a few things out in the open that’s fine by me. I’m guessing that might have been what happened, I don’t know.”"

I will confess to not following everything too closely - so may have missed him being ruled out, but what would people think about Scott Parker now it looks like Ross is out of the running?
Hurst isn't exactly a certainty and after that the contenders look a bit thin on the ground.
Pure gut feeling but wouldn't be too upset. Coaching exp at Tottenham, seems quite switched on, pretty well respected in the game. |

Usually I could not care less, but with nothing left to play for, and that tinpot TalkNorwichCity poster summarising their insufferableness, it would be very very satisfying to have finished above them come the end of the season.
So, it may be a small solace, and probably unlikely, but it is one reason to care for the next 14 games at least. |
