I've been suffering with calcific patella tendinopathy in my right knee for the last 18 months or so and I'm rapidly going from a slender sub 3hr marathon physique to something akin to the belly from that old reebok advert.
I've tried a variety of concentric and eccentric squats, had several sessions of shockwave therapy and a high volume injection without any improvement of symptoms... Obviously my physio is as much use as those employed by ITFC.
Any suggestions on what I can do to get back to pain free running?
