I can't blame him for seeing what's out there re prem moves. The potential income is just so wild that I'm not sure I could ever put myself in his shoes, and given he's leaving his boyhood club I suppose it doesn't feel like it makes a massive difference which club he moves to from there - the sentimental part is already gone.

I think people are really underestimating Leif, he'd be a massive loss. He's one of the most creative players going currently, and if his defensive responsibilities are lessened he'll be the best player on the pitch more often than not. |

I think I agree, they've done almost as well as could be expected given the absolutely obscene ability and squads of even the worst established prem teams. We'll compete far better if we return, so hopefully he sticks around and shows that he's too good for the championship |

I do worry about keeping him, we weren't the only ones in for him last summer and he seems to be a decent pick for at least the promoted teams if not some of the lower table prem teams. |
