I agree, next season in the championship if we are going to need near to 100 points to go up there will be no room for fine margins |

The second half of the season kind of proves that we were over performing, to the extent that numerous members of our squad broke down and were ruled out for the season |

The casual sexism in this is completely needless to be honest |

Even more reason for us to sell him then if we make profit. McKenna isn’t going to adapt the way we play to suit one player. He was bought because our pursuit of Philogene was unsuccessful. He was always a square peg in a round hole. Profit plus 20m towards our PSR…seems like a bit of a no brainer to me. Edit - this isn’t to say that I think he’s a bad player (personally I don’t and I think he’d be good next season in the champ, but 20m in PSR could be valuable in helping us improve our squad) [Post edited 18 May 16:01]

Why would they offer that? Yes I would as we’d have made a profit after one season at 20m. Personally I think he’ll be a good player for us next season but if there was an offer like that on the table I’d take it purely for PSR reasons |

Yes he slips but it happened in the opponents half, it’s not like it led to a one on one, there were several pink shirts to beat. Noteworthy pink shirt that was easily beaten was Jens Cajuste, who might as well have been a plank of wood. |

That’s the third time now he’s let someone go past him and this time it’s a goal. Don’t forget this is a guy who said when he joined us that he couldn’t wait to play in the premier league because he “loves a tackle”. |

Very interesting, would this have any affect on the release of histamines? Also I’d be interested to know if there’s any negative knock on effect that impacts the body’s ability to destroy cancer cells. |

I think the overall point is that they’ve been in the premier league for a good number of seasons now and their stadium has a smaller capacity than several league one teams. I don’t think it’s as preposterous as you make out. Edit - Also according to Wikipedia 61 football grounds have been used in Premier League history (including Wembley, and several grounds that are no longer used - like Highbury, white hart lane, Maine Road, Upton Park) and Ipswich are dead middle of that list. We would be above average if you took out all the stadiums that aren’t used any more. So to say we don’t have a premier league capacity doesn’t seem to hold much weight either.
