Dobra Training With Full Albania Squad
at 12:26:33

He's still very young and developing as a player. ColU wasn't the right place for him to get regular first team action. I wouldn't be surprised if he has another half season on loan elsewhere and around January KMcK can check his progress and decide what's best for his development..

@Tractor_Boy_in_HK - just need a politician to make an exception to the rule. Wouldn't happen here, especially not seniors in the Tory Party party.

Town Now Eight Points From Top Six
at 05:34:56

Realistically the season is over for us. KM has done well with the resources he has, over the closed season a few carefully selected enhancements should be what we need to be contenders next season. No point looking back at dropped points.

Baltacha: Emotional and Unbelievable
at 07:32:05

The USSR was formed by an idea, an idealism empowered by the people leading a revolution. Putin is doing the opposite, trying to force an empire acting like a dictatorial tsar. This is exactly the type of attitude, combined with oligarchy dominance over the proletariat that fueled the Communist revolution. Now we are in an information age the proletariat is more educated and can see beyond controlled media, there's no real desire for Communism now, more aspiration towards a more western life, but without some of the social class differences.

Putin is working on his own agenda, not representing Russians. Even much of the military doesn't understand what is happening. This will end badly for him, but a lot of innocent blood is being spilled.

Replacement for Holy as third choice on lower wages. Presume deemed competent enough to compete and develop. Potentially good business where Holy wasn't developing well.

Accrington Chairman Holt Issues Apology
at 08:22:47

I'd rather have a chairman who shoots from the hip than sends occasional updates through the programme and never meets fans. Still, it sounds like he might be best to step down from the role and be replaced by someone who is more professional. Of course he would still be their owner and a director, but they're suffering as a team as things stand. I still respect their tough history and their fans, but they need to revamp their squad and leadership to maintain their position or progress.

Town Recall Simpson From Swindon Loan

Can think of a few logic options - firstly that he could be loaned out to another team as part of a deal, alternatively the player may not be happy in Swindon or that he's considered strong enough to be competing for a place in the first team here. ...or a combination of above.

Competition for Morsy. When he has an off day, gets tired or is suspended the team is lacking the right player to cover. Need at least two competent players in each position. I can see the logic.

Quintet in Team of the Week

@Linkboy13 - don't forget the golden rule - someone from the academy is given plenty of chances to impress, is 'one of our own' and is blossoming talent; someone from another club of the same age is treated like a seasoned professional, needs to be the finished job or is constantly criticised.
