Bring back Moore, and send Sears to Rotherham?

Also, sign Moore up on a decent contract - he's clearly decent.

Chambers: Three Stars on Our Shirts

"There's three stars..."....

Correction: "There are three stars...."

Anyway, grammatical issue aside, that's a classy response from a great captain.

Roll on Saturday!

Take the tops off after scoring and WOW.Some nice footie.Well done girls and proud of you.

Bluejake78 - you should be ashamed of your comment. Would you ask the same from the men's team if they thrashed Norwich 8-1? Treat our ladies team with the same respect.

Cracking result, massive congratulations! I'll be keeping an eye on future results, and attend games when possible.

McCarthy: Proper Team Performance
at 16:56:39

Billblue - Well said. I'd like to add to that.

Tractorboy1985 - whilst the actual message you would like to give is an appreciation of MM and TC (which I'm fully on board with), the way you demonstrated that affection is simply degrading. "I'll LET you S**g my wife".. "let" you... it's this kind of misogynous chant that needs to be kept out of football. Whilst you may consider it "football banter", we're now in the 21st century (thankfully), and we all need to consider the messages that we're sending through our chants, both on forums like this, and in the stands at Portman Road.

Mings Agrees Terms With Cherries in £8m Deal
at 00:41:20

I don't comment much, but some people on here have really wound me up.

There seems to be a general sadness and negativity concerning our position in relation to Bournemouth's. Along with that, is a general feeling that Bournemouth show more ambition than us, because of this purchase. I would like to point out a couple of important points:

Bournemouth have just received a huge sum of money, because of their achievements in attaining premier league status. Your perceptions of who is showing "ambition" are merely determined by how much money is being spent, and which team is buying the expensive player, rather than by looking at the whole picture. This view is distorted by the money involved. We are showing RELATIVE ambition in the championship by buying one of their players, and also taking on another of their player's wages and having him help us out in the championship for a season. We are also going to be receiving £8mil, to spend on whatever Evans fancies (hopefully, not another lick of paint in the Cobbold stand...) - probably player's wages, who we will find in the free transfer market - which has served us very well indeed.

Another key point I would like to highlight is some attitudes of how Bournemouth, a club which not-so-long-ago had volunteers with charity buckets outside the grounds on match days, are now in a healthier, more dominant position than us within the football league. Whilst this is true, I think it is important to look at the positives in our stay in the championship. We have managed to avoid doing what so many other clubs have done after relegation from the premier league: fallen down the football league, and struggled to get back up. We have survived, with (for the past two seasons) next to no money, and thrived under Mick.

Mick knows what needs to be done, and he has obviously weighed this move up carefully. This is the beginning of Mick's 2015/16 Ipswich Town squad - and I'm excited to see the final product next May. Whilst we are not in Bournemouth's position - we can celebrate our stability, and our growth under Mick from being a bottom of the league side, to playoff contenders. Our squad will improve - not in the way everybody expected - but by Mick's way.

Good luck Tyrone Mings. I suspect we'll see you regularly on MOTD in a couple of season's time.

Watford Appoint New Boss

Bohslegend - McCarthy won his first game away for us after we failed to get a win in 9 (or something ridiculous like that). Watford will be out to impress the new guy, so I can see it being close.

Still want Ipswich to win... I'll go for a 3-2 Ipswich win.

Premier League Clubs Watching Cresswell

To follow that the reason I did choose to write the comment (as it does sound a bit hypocritical to write an equally invalid comment) was to ask for more interesting articles - even if there are fewer of them.

Premier League Clubs Watching Cresswell

Sorry, does this "story" really warrant an entire webpage? We all knew this before we read it, and there's no reason for anyone to worry about him leaving - for at least another 3 months, in the January transfer window. The only thing what was more of, or as equal, a waste of time than reading this piece, is writing a comment complaining how redundant this article is.

Please please please stop churning out rubbish to make the website seem more 'current' - if there's nothing interesting to say, don't say anything...

Lee Signs on Non-Contract Basis
at 08:36:05

Why the negative comments?! It's not like Mick is expecting him to be the answer to our lack of goals up-front - simply that he's another option up front. It's not even a proper contract he's signed! He's just signed a piece of paper allowing him to play for us sometimes, if we're desperate. His main role is to be a youth coach anyhow. The fact he can play for us, not demanding massive wages is a bonus.

Alan Lee... GOAL :D
