if we lose Judge and take on more injuries then we will be lucky to finish in the top 10. Judge included and some consistency without injuries and we will make the playoffs. MARK MY WORDS. This is NOT a team that will get automatic promotion. |

Christ. Usually read match reports and end up wondering what game the author was watching, but this is spot on. DO NOT sign Guthrie... he looked like he’d struggle in Ipswich Sunday league. Judge came on and looked a cut above anyone else... we’d be lucky to keep him. Downes looked really good but wow he needs to grow up quick. Holy over Bart for me... seems fairly safe and 100% committed to the cause, which Bart is certainly not. Dobra looked very promising... it seems like a lot of our players are scared to have possession and carry the ball, but not this kid! |
| Forum Thread | Kenlock - Worst performance ever? at 17:43 16 Feb 2019
Peak calamity Knudsen would’ve been embarrassed by that performance from Kenlock today. Is he the worst football player in regard to technical ability we have ever had? Didn’t look interested either. Him and Quaner are lucky to make any money from football, let alone at this level!? |
| Forum Reply | Kenlock at 13:12 3 Feb 2019
Puts this effort in, but overall football ability... one of the worst in the league. Just doesn’t look comfortable at any point. No improvement on Knudsen whatsoever. Weird that the lad from Fulham never got a proper chance |
| Forum Reply | Let’s all blame the ref at 18:12 2 Feb 2019
He hasn’t improved anything Deano you numbskull. He’s all smoke and mirrors! PR genius and nothing else. |
| Forum Reply | Let’s all blame the ref at 17:45 2 Feb 2019
Correct. We love using the ref as a scapegoat for our terrible football unfortunately. |

Awful performance! The likes of Skuse and Kenlock playing at this level is a travesty! Need to recall McGoldrick from loan at Sheff U ASAP!! |
| Forum Thread | 10 reasons why we should be in L1 at 23:42 28 Nov 2018
1. Jordan Spence. 2. Tatty, ugly stadium. Why hasn’t the outside been cleaned in 20 years!? Who’s in charge of maintaining this place!? Christ.. if you’re in the North Lower then I don’t even need to mention the bar/toilets. 3. The beer... warm IPA or flat Fosters at nearly £5 a pint. Good selection! Served kindly by a gang of brain-dead orks. 4. Martyn Waghorn is still the face of our kit advert at half time!? Ffs come on. 5. We are never going to be happy. I genuinely think if we were mid-table under Hurst we’d still be disappointed to not be closer to the playoffs. Anyone alive and reading this now... you will NEVER see ITFC in the premier league again... so we may as well enjoy being everyone’s big day out in L1, rather than a minnow in the Champ. 6. We’re a team that has 10,000 fans in the area who are available to go to games.. but only willing to turn up if the tickets are almost free. Poor from the owner, poor from the fans. 7. I can’t name one player in that starting lineup tonight that’d get anywhere near ANY other team in this league. 8. We’ve been here over 15 years fgs. Is anyone else slightly bored of the same fixture list, losing to the same teams year after year? Talk about outstaying our welcome. 9. At this rate we need 5-6 first team, championship quality players to keep us up... have you got any idea what that costs in today’s market!? We’d literally have to change owner for this to become a reality. 10. Our corners and freekicks... It goes against the law of averages to be this bad at set-pieces over such a long period of time. Peterborough, Southend... potentially Colch and MK. Away days that will actually be a laugh so it’s not all bad x |
| Forum Reply | Lot of stick for Bart tonight at 22:53 28 Nov 2018
He was awful tonight, that’s a fact. But we would be playing the likes of Fleetwood right now if it wasn’t for this guy so don’t even go there. |
| Forum Reply | Hoof ball at kick off??? at 17:27 23 Sep 2018
I recall a hell of a lot of hoofball from the back up to Jackson. Speaking of Nolan... one of the worst performances I’ve ever seen in a town shirt. ALMOST as bad as Chalobah in the first half x |
| Forum Thread | Hoof ball at kick off??? at 15:52 23 Sep 2018
Why under every recent manager do we instantly hoof the ball out of play from kick off? Surely you’d want to have a touch of the ball if you win the toss? Hoof ball throughout the game is yet again the overriding tactic. I really hoped that would go with Mick.... but I think it’s a lack of ability thing to panic and hoof the ball. |
| Forum Reply | Hurst: Hard to Take as Performance Should Have Been Good Enough for Win at 19:23 11 Aug 2018
Hurst has said the right things and I think he’s got some hungry players in. Evans is the tightest ‘Rich man’ on earth if we can’t afford to keep our best players.. despite only spending a few million. But Hurst... stop playing Skuse and Knudsen? They’re horrific, horrible little men... no impact on the game whatsoever and terrible footballers at this level. You’ve got Downes and Kenlock... STOP PLAYING THEM. It’s delusional, strange behaviour if you think Knudsen is good at football. He’d do well to get into any Ipswich Sunday League team. And for SKUSE... Jesus Christ. Is it possible to contribute less in terms of assists and goals from central midfield in any career, ever? |
| Forum Reply | I'm not just saying this because he's scored two in two at 12:55 7 May 2018
I don’t think you’d be posting this if he hadn’t scored 2 in 2. Sears has one of the worst goal scoring records I’ve ever seen at PR and his assists don’t exactly make up for that. He’s weak in the air and lacks that deadly final touch. Good effort from him but his level is league 1 at best. |
