Thread | ‘No penalty’ hands

Someone needs ot have a word with Leif Davis about hIs ‘no penalty’ hands in the air not guilty gesture. Whenever a player does that it makes it look like a definite penalty.

I had a physio session this afternoon. The physio worked at Lincoln City until recently. We were chatting about football and ITFC. He told me that Wes Burns did a medical at Lincoln in the Summer of 2021. He passed the medical, agreed to sign but then got contacted by Town, who trebled his wages and we signed him the following day.
Lincoln had apparently made him their number one target for that Summer and the club were really annoyed about it.
Not sure if that was documented at the time. Enjoyed a bit of gos though. |

Obviously a very good player but I was surprised just how much of Wednesday’s play went through him (literally Almost every play). I know they have no shortage of options but on yesterday’s evidence they are so reliant on Bannan that it would take some adjusting if/when he’s not available. |

I’m pretty sure it was first used by the Birmingham fans in about 97 or 98 at Portman Road. They were singing ‘no noise from the Tractor Boys’ at us and when we scored we retorted with ‘1-0 to the Tractor Boys’. Can anyone confirm that? May have been Stoke (the mind is hazy) |

Didn’t one of them say something like ‘If rumours are to be believed, Ipswich will be a real force next season’. I wonder if we can expect some even more optimistic transfer targets than last year. |

Just listening to their second half of the season predictions. One of the guys on there reckons even if we get 2 points per game, 77 points probably won’t be enough for the play offs this year. I’ve not studied previous totals but that seems like a lot of points to miss out. 2ppg would be a hell of an average over 21 games, anyway. |

Has anyone else started getting logged out every ten minutes from iFollow during games? It has only started happening to me in the last few games. Screen goes black on exactly ten mins and gives me error code 102. Anyone else found a way around this? |

For all the negatives at the moment, Burns is actually really good, isn’t he? Like a faster Gwion Edwards, with a better final ball.
If the others turn out that good eventually we’ll do well. |
