| Blog Comment | The ITFC Crest: time for an update? at 13:35:28
A bit suprised and disappointed with your result. As someone who works in branding, and in highlighting the resons a redesign might be considered, you've not addressed any of them. You've just recreated another badly drawn, over-complicated crest. Branding a football crest is about stripping it back to the essentials - what are you trying to communicate? The Suffolk Punch - a county icon - strong, hardworking and noble, the waves - geographically locate the club (whether it's sea or river) - is the football needed? Debatable. The name is of a football club, so it's not essential (car companies don't have logos that look like cars). So there are your essentials - now remove the rest of the clutter, the castlations (we have no castle in Ipswich), all of the lines etc - it'll still be an evolution. If they ever think about redesigning it, hopefully they'll engage with the key stakeholders, as all rebranding projects should, but in football's case, the stakehiolders are far more passionate about their 'logo' than any employees of a business are. Ask the agency that tried to rebrand Everton without involving the fans! - Lee (Creative Director of 30 years, 3 times D&AD winner, 15 Design Effectiveness Awards) |

You only went to Portman Rd five times this season - that says it all. Not the best basis for reviewing keepers - neither are basing it on stats. Neither are great though, certainly not the strongest position in the team. |

He's done okay this season. I think you're all forgetting how many young players of his age, improve greatly season to season. I wouldn't be surprised if he does too. Whereas older players tend to do the reverse. |

Other than the really early foul, I thought the African trialist looked quite good at centre back, as did Seaborn in the second half. Didn't think much of the keeper or Skuse though. |

Their number 10 looked good on the ball. noticed our right back was caught out of position for their goal. |
| News Comment | Sonko Impressed With New Defensive Partner at 16:31:11
I know we didn't deserve anything from the game, and had nothing in terms of a goal threat of our own - but it's harsh to blame the central defenders for these goals - the first was a miss-hit shot which just happened to go straight to their striker, and the second was deflected. What was poor, was the way that the midfield didn't do more to break up the attack. |

quite refreshing not to be linked with Irish, Sunderland players |

great passer, corner taker and free-kicks - IF...he stays fit |
| News Comment | Cardiff Defender Linked at 10:59:04
If this defender isn't good enough for Cardiff's first team - why bother?! Surely we're more ambitious than this? |

Keep your mouth shut Keane - concentrate on trying to win games - you're an embarrassment |
| News Comment | No Final Day Deals at 15:48:16
I think RK needs to learn to just shut-up. He's constantly contradicting himself. "Never play again, play again" - "need some fresh faces in, stick with the players who have done well" Keep quiet and get on with some work |
| News Comment | Pablo: I Didn\'t Touch It at 09:18:59
I was there, and as bad as we were in the second half, Pablo held the ball up well on the few instances he got it, allowing the midfield to join the attack. My goodness, Stern John was shocking. Slow, lazy, uninterested - no passion or drive whatsoever. We really do need a goalscorer. |
