Didn't we nick a decent manager from Colchester once, who had been a manager for a non-entity called Ayr United. I think Burley was his name? |

If you dig deep enough I have no doubt that the remain campaign was just as badly flawed/untruthful/speculative as the brexit one was. The problem is that the country/government/parties are beholden to interested parties, and therefore there is no real truth in politics anymore. Years of governments turning blind eyes to tax havens, large corporations and trusts have meant that they will listen to whoever bungs the most. Read Treasure Islands by Nicholas Shaxson to be horrified at what successive Conservative and Labour governments have let happen. There are more than a 'few' multi-millionaires to worry about. |

I get my coffee from Joao on the Coffee Link van on market days (Tues, Thurs & Fri). You can get the beans whole or ground. They do Blue Mountain, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Mexico..etc so you should find something there to your taste. |

Can I just apologise on behalf of my wife about the Shefki injury v Leicester. We had a stadium tour and she kissed his jersey for luck. We are still married. |

Give me your gambling money and I might buy you a pint now and again, just to keep you interested in a potential all day bender with Lucan. |
| Forum Reply | A brief diversion from the misery- non league ITFC connections at 21:50 7 Jan 2018
Perhaps being at pitch level makes it seem that way, but it is far more enjoyable and positive football than the avoid failure approach we've endured at PR for so long. I can see Woodbridge 6 times for the cost of one match at PR, the football at PR isn't 6 times better IMO. No contest at the moment. |

I gave up on ITFC about 18 months ago, and have recently started going to non-league games, following my local side Woodbridge. Enjoyable day at Diss yesterday (£10 for me & Mrs Nine) with Woodbridge winning 4-0 to remain unbeaten this season in the league. Woodbridge are awaiting international clearance for Carlos Edwards to play for them. Standard is pretty good (better than a lot of ITFC in the past 5 years). If everyone is so fed up with Ipswich, go out and enjoy non-league. We are going to Kings Lynn next week, which should be a good game. |
| Forum Reply | Coffee pod machines at 15:44 15 Dec 2017
Get a good proper espresso maker (I have a Gaggia Classic) and buy locally roasted coffee from Joao on the Coffee Link van in the market on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Freshly ground, and a great variety. And no plastic tin foil waste. Pods are rubbish. |
