| News Comment | Jewell: We Deserved More at 13:04:09
Was at the game -agree with Garv - we were the better team (apart from for the first 10minutes) and Reading's goal was a bit out of the blue. With Reading having won their last 2 home games 3 - 0, I was rather concerned, but we gave them a good game and deserved at least a point. Thought that Martin and Murphy weren't really in the game, when Carson came on he made a difference. Best I've seen JET play, he has all the skill, but has a bit of an attitude problem as shown towards the end when he just needlessly 'smashed' the ball across to no-one and shrugged his shoulders. If his first half 'screamer' had gone in, I feel we'd have won the game. Like someone else posted, feel that subs should have been made earlier as Bullard (who came on and immediately started moaning about the lack of movement) especially had no time to get up to speed and influence the game. Keep the faith. Time for forest and the delightful Mr Cotterill. Let's put a smile on everyone's faces and stuff them! |

Byeee! My favourite Tama memory was in the pre-season friendly at Needham Market when he wouldn't pass the ball to Colin Healy because Colin kept calling him 'Thomas' - little things! Oh, and he was dreadful in that game too. However, I feel that the right club with the right system may see him score a few - bit of a waste really. |
| News Comment | Jewell: We Didn\'t Perform at 18:15:17
Palace simply moved the ball better than we did. They looked really dangerous on the break, we seemed to keep playing the ball sideways waiting for something to happen rather than making it happen. Did Speroni have more than one save to make? I do feel that someone must have kidnapped the real referee on the way to the game, not that that's an excuse. |
| News Comment | Supporters\' Club: Grow Up or Stay Away at 18:09:00
I think that Elizabeth, in her role as Chair of the Supporters' Club, is fully justified in her comments. The 'behaviour' of some at Colchester was, quite frankly. embarrassing. I consider myself a passionate town fan, but I can't understand the 'anti' everything about the opposition, no matter who they are... for goodness sake, Cambridge! At the moment, it is a small minority, but we've seen recently how others can jump on a bandwagon when they feel that they can get away with anything they like. The trouble is, in this case, I'm not sure that the 'minority' will get the message. Anyway, fingers crossed for a good performance and win tomorrow and a lively crowd signing songs to get behind their team. |

What a great day out! Ipswich looked pretty bloomin' good and the Town fans were excellent. Cresswell has clearly got 'balls of steel' and Stockdale looked the best bet between the sticks for many a year. And had a bet on the score and Chops to bag the first one - QUALITY! Keep calm and carry on... |
| News Comment | TWTD\'s Phil on New Radio Suffolk Show at 17:40:05
Can't believe that people would have a go at Beattie and a young lad who have so much passion about ITFC. Having heard plenty of the callers on Radio Suffolk, don't think that the Beat has much to work with... |
