Hahaha the fact he says "if we were playing it long". Out of everyone he should know we only play it long. Best may turn out okay, but we will never be anything other than mid-table with him up top. The team can't afford to lose tonight with McCarthy's approvals so low at the moment. Knowing us, we'll win when everyone is on the verge of breaking point, and we can predict if that happens Mick will have another ridiculous dig at our fans. |

Think Kenlock deserves a go. Really don't think Knudsen cuts it with the ball at his feet. Dozzell and Morris also deserve more play time, especially with lack of goals at the moment, no harm in trying them out now instead of waiting till last game of the season. Really can't see us competing this season. Such a shame to not feel excited before matches and to feel like our season is over, and it's not an overreaction. It's true. With the extra conpetitiveness and money in the league it really is quite unrealistic to achieve anything with this squad. |

I really don't see why everyone is panicking. We have a balanced squad, creative midfield, Sears looks good on the left. We have a manager in Mick who knows the ins and outs of the league, people forget we were rock bottom a few years ago and only play offs 2 years ago! I like the look of Leon Best ( another great bit of business from Mick AGAIN) , but if we had a proven goal scorer with him like Cameron Jerome or Matt Derbyshire then we'd really be a force to be reckoned with. Mick really has made an effort to pass it more and our midfield shape with Skuse and Douglas has come on leaps and bounds. I've noticed that Bart parries a lot of balls, I do think Gerken deserves another shot especially with Barts lack of form. Recent crowd attendances have been quite disappointing. Maybe the scummers are right. They do have better fans than us... |
