Agree @Bazza8564. Regarding Elliot though, I think he would be much more likely to go on load to a "lower" Premier League club for the season or one of the newly promoted clubs, than come to us. |

I think he may also have an eye on being in the senior squad for the World Cup next year. If he has a great tournament now and then signs for a Premier League club, there's every reason to think he may start to appear in senior squads at least and be on Tuchel's radar (depending how he performs in the Premier League of course). Unfortunately, he won't be considered if he's playing in the Championship, no matter how goods he performs. Tuchel pretty much said this about Delap. |

Best of luck to him. Was a great to have him wear the shirt and has the makings of a great striker. Has to bear in mind though that he won't get the same game time as he did here or the patience from the fans, who'll turn on him relatively quickly if he doesn't measure up. |

Would be sad to see him go but I would jump at the chance if I were him. He could have two years in the Florida sunshine and return to at least Championship level and still only be 28 years of age. |

Not ideal for anyone and certainly disappointing for them and the fans that travelled all that way to watch. However, in KM/MA we must trust.
For all the ramblings of Mr Virkus, although the better team, 3-1 is hardly an empthatic victory against a team of U21s not long back from a summer break, so they may have a bit of work to do and will have been a good eye opener for them that they're perhaps not quite where they would like to be.. |
