Very decent player .Has been for years .The fact he got a hatfull of ggoals last season is a bonus.Hes an attacking midfielder not a striker .Blackburn played him more advanced and it worked .We won't but so what he's a good player and won't be brought in to score 20 goals .
Brilliant buy if only 6m , thought he should be worth near 15 .Not a Philogene but sure he can play as an 8 or left wiger if needed . |

Didn't realise he was this ruthless.He certainly had us over a barrel .Suprised we didn't have this auction go on last year but I suppose we did with Crystal Palace.Glad
signed as whole recruitment ,planning 'style of play revolves round him so he was sort of irreplaceable.No need for Edwards type quality who was never going to be good enough.Congrats to McK for getting a deal where he earns probably well over average now for a PL manager and no doubt a lot more than Brighton normally pay .Just hope he's focused after getting his own way so spectacularly |

I hope he stays .But to me this has tarnished him.He controls his agents .The club or him should have said after the promotion we are going to sit down and sort a new contract .And that still has not been stated.Maybe ipswich were slow and his agents have stirred this up now .No idea.What I do know is the attraction of mvcK here and transfers in will he light years different if we end up with duds like Edwards .....Potter would be good all round |

We've talked off alarmingly since Chalton and it's looking like the same old Ipswich , strong starts till around Xmas then .......
McK sounds great but he's always saying ..wecwill learn blah ....but same old mess ups each week now.
No idea if Carrick was available but he has transford Boro from in the relegation zone to 3rd....think we should have gone for him out of the Man U assistant's.Intelligent underrated footballer and did very well in his 4 Man U games.Too late now....but we are going nowhere but backwards now .Drawing with teams like Cambridge is so poor.Evans morsy and others look poor lately and how do u pick Keogh over burgess and wolf.Fridge was poor ....A guess is the dressing room isn't that happy |

I stand by what I said ....was let go by Wednesday....Boro thought he was only worth a 6 month deal ( odds are Wednesday offered same or nothing otherwise why accept 6 months ? ) and then ...he plays zero minutes.
