Chant for Nunez
at 12:46 29 Aug 2025

Could we not just recycle the "Just Can't Get Enough" chant and replace "Nathan Broadhead" with "Marcelino"? Simple, catchy and right number of syllables (kind of)

Sorry if I'm missing the irony or whatever here, but that is precisely what hotels are designed for

Somewhat personal, but many of you will have met Arthur at somepoint...

Definitely talk to the club. A couple of years ago dad was starting to struggle with the steps up to his seat and unsteady coming back down. We spoke to Lee Smith and he couldn't have been more helpful, moved dad's season ticket to a more suitable seat, arranged travel for him when I couldn't take him and even sorted us free parking. Unfortunately, dad passed away last year, but the fact that he could once again enjoy his Saturdays at PR without any hassle or trauma were invaluable to his mental health in his final couple of years.
Best of luck and best of health

Rats
at 13:55 16 Aug 2025

Hmm, do you have a shed or other buildings slightly raised from the ground? These are the most likely places for a nest, although rats are excellent diggers they will look for safe places rather than commit to a burrow. A strong solution of Jeyes Fluid and water poured around the base of a building once a week (using a watering can) will usually deter them from hanging around.
Rats will tend to stick to the bases of walls or fences when moving around so this is the best place to put traps or poison (I wouldn't recommend poison, it's effective but they'll usually take anything like that back to the nest and, if the nest is under a shed or whatever, you'll have to put up with the stink of rotting corpses especially in hot weather).
If you know someone who owns a terrier - and is not squeamish about them doing the job they were bred for - see if they'll pop round with the dog once or twice a day for a week or two, that'll do the trick.

Trump is a deranged quasi-dictator #637728
at 00:03 12 Aug 2025

Threats that ICE will be stationed at World Cup 26 stadiums; an increasing number of countries rumoured to be petitioning FIFA to have their group games held in Canada or Mexico; a posited $250 Visa Integrity charge that could come into effect as from October 1st this year; travel bans on nations Trump deems to be hostile to the USA; rising costs of accommodation due to many hotels' linen suppliers being subject to tariffs and falling numbers of staff (the majority of cleaning staff traditionally coming from an increasingly nervous immigrant population); sponsors transferring their budgets to Canadian and Mexican venues.
The list of reasons the USA will f**k the World Cup next year seems to grow daily. I wonder what are the chances that Canada or Mexico could host more games?

Make sure you close your browser before making another international stop (ahem!) and check that you're double encrypted in VPN settings before opening browser again

Blau-Weiss Linz match on Town TV
at 19:38 16 Jul 2025

I think you will need to pay for this match on top of your monthly subscription, but don't hold me to that. No (ahem) international passes/subscription fees announced yet, all information on the site is still 24/25 EPL info. I'd wait until official announcement before handing over any money

I think the truth is that we just don't have the international scouting network of other teams like Brighton or Brentwood. Yet.
I suppose this is down to years/decades of under investment into that area of the club and our divisional status. We know that having a truly international set up is something both McKenna and Ashton want and it will come, just have a little patience, keep supporting the players on the pitch and "Trust the process"

I wonder if it has more to do with corporate identity rather than a change to the actual badge.

Very lacklustre display from The Azzurri and they're gone. Think England can learn from this game or that England can show the passion they've lacked so far?

New Kit
at 13:28 1 Jun 2023

New kit reveal was 16th June last year, it was available to pick up (for pre-orders) at the start of July from the store. I wonder if TownTV and new website will be unveiled at around the same time, would seem appropriate to use it for pre-season training, new kits, new signings(?)
