Excellent business by the club. No disrespect to Jacobs, but the exciting 23 year old who was playing premiership football last year and will have a lot of resell value was a clear pick over the 29 year old with a lot of recent injury history.

I have Genuine trust in how this football club is being run especially with the transfer dealings. A squad full of (at least) championship standard players. This year is the year we have been waiting for..

3-5-2 can be a very positive formation. But using 2 immobile wing backs (Spence and Knudsen) will not make it work.

Emanuel and Kenlock with pace and offense surely would have been worth a shout ?

Potentially another 2 pieces of the puzzle.. if Waghorn's fee is near what it should be then there will be cash left for Tilt and a striker on top of the Shrewsbury guys. Bradshaw or Stockley would fit the mould.

Refreshing to see younger and hungrier recruits though. Dare I sense optimism for the first time in years ?
