That's the thing, they're more than excellent! Could feasibly be looking at having the 3 best CMs in the division, judging by the early impressions of Azor. Very exciting.

There are *more expensive* players ahead of him. Both are yet to prove they are more effective than him in this league. Sorry I just didn't like the way some seem to look down Broadhead and some of the L1 heroes these days.

But he isn't just a 27 year old squad player is he? He's a player that scored 14 goals in a promotion season from this league one season ago as an attacking midfielder, and by devaluing him like that you basically are saying he's not particularly good. Do you think he's better or worse than Ogbene as a reference point for you.

I mean it's self evident he's part of our plans if he doesn't leave. The club wouldn't need to put him on the bench to prove that.

Don't know how/why some of our fans are always so desperate to downplay the quality and value of our players. I think it's the league one thing still.

Yep, ended up getting dropped for McCarthy towards the end of the season if my memory serves me correctly, as he was so unreliable. *He May have been injured.

There's not really any doubt in my mind that Delap became more selfish as the season went on and was a part of why our play became more disjointed and him more isolated. See also Enciso who was only ever really interested in getting his own shot off for his highlight reel.

We're definitely moving for other midfielders irrespective of this deal, probably a high end Prem loan in the style of Omari in terms of seasons development. So won't be entirely under the cosh hopefully .

They can copy it all they like. McKenna's genius is in tweaking and adapting in game, good luck to them trying replicate that.

I'm still surprised how long its taking a fanbase to adjust to what we are now. Some seem incapable. I guess we were in the wilderness for a long time, and in some ways has a positive impact in terms of tolerance etc...
