Millwall finished 8th last season with a negative goal difference having lost more than 1 in every 3 matches they played.
I feel as though we should do better than that.

When Harry Clarke first signed I thought getting 2 or 3 million quid for him from a side towards the top end of the Championship would be a good demonstration of the model working. The numbers casually being bandied about now still seem incredible.

Give the players three seconds to take the penalty from the referee's whistle. If they are too late they forfeit the shot.
The potential controversies are off the scale but it would be worth it to get rid of the stupid run-ups.

They literally have a fascia running across the top of one of the stands with the words HOME IMPROVEMENTS written in blue and white. Simply continue to extend this theme.

Not during the match but I've always liked the way Chaplin sprints into the opposition half, puffs his chest out and pulls his cuffs down just before taking kick-off. Especially as he's probably the least intimidating looking player in the team.

Also enjoy the conclusion of the pre-match warm-ups being signified by Slicker's crossbar challenge attempt from the half-way line.
