Sammie Szmodics hit a brace as Peterborough leapfrogged Ipswich into third place in League One following a comfortable 4-1 victory.

Goalkeeper Will Norris gifted the visitors a second goal nine minutes later when his attempt to dribble the ball out from the six-yard box was intercepted by Szmodics who nudged the ball into an empty net.

I have no idea but Wes Burns once featured in two matches in consecutive days for Cheltenham and Bristol City due to his loan club's season finishing the day before his parent club's. He was subbed on for Jay Emmanuel-Thomas in the Bristol City match. |

There was something morbidly curious about the Evans era that kept drawing me in, despite the feeling that we were experiencing the same season over and over again. By the final few years I was interested to see how ugly and toxic it would get before something changed, rather than through any sense of hope. |

Forever grateful to whoever brought 'Story of the Blues' to my attention during our time in League One. It got airtime here after every match of the first promotion run-in and it's been a great backdrop to the last couple of years overall. Especially like the way he wails 'Try to get back up!' |

Blackburn have lost over a third of their games and are in the top 6.
It would be a significant drop-off and a huge disappointment if we didn't at least manage that, particularly given the light work we seemed to make of beating Coventry.
The centre midfield and striker situations do concern me though. We need to get those right again. |

They should put them on the big screen and tell everyone 'if you don't want to know the other scores look away now (and ignore the cheers/groans of everyone around you)".
We had the same conversation yesterday as it happens. Seems daft not to announce them. |

In the same boat. Having a season ticket is a big enough time commitment with other family members to consider so 1 or 2 away games a season is all we can realistically manage. A pity for the boys that we’ve had to knock it on the head this season but was to be expected. |

The depressing times occurred during the 22 years. Now we are in the ‘promised land’, which is the non-depressing place, right?

Don’t really understand why anyone would spend 22 years waiting for us to reach this division only to then spend it worrying about the next one and getting depressed about it. What Leicester do evokes no feelings in me whatsoever.
I’m enjoying this season for what it is and, as much as I hope we stay up, I’m not going to lose sleep over it whatever happens. |
