RE: Hoppy Of course a midfielder from a league 1 club will be a better passer and on the ball than a non-league central defender. I thought as a central defender, Morphew defended much better. Digby seemed to forget his role at times, and rush out like he was a midfielder and had people covering him. Obviously u21 games aren't the best example though, the lack of quality/ importance was clear, culminating in the referee and his pedantry at times. I was very happy with Didzy though, the second half he was great (the first half sloppiness i'd put down to rust), and importantly he played the full 90 mins. |

Really? He looked very good last night for the U21s, better defender than Digby for sure, just not 6'5", so MM doesn't want him. |

Great game from all starting players. Agree that Toure off for Ramadan changed the game, I think Ramadan is too lightweight in comparison. On balance, no way we deserved to lose; Henshall, Kenlock and Dozzell combining a few times to very good effect. imo, if Henshall had a right foot, he would be a very promising player, who could be pushing for LM when Fraser return to the south coast, however extremely 1 footed atm, only one time I remember he used his right foot to hit the ball more than a metre. |

Really enjoyed it. Just listened to both episodes, and as a younger fan I didn't understand some of the banter, although the top 10 will be good as I've now watched our 7-0 vs west brom. Also, being on iTunes is really good as it auto downloads when I have a connection for me to listen to whenever I want to. Thanks guys, good work! |

Let's delve into MMs mind... lets play 2 new STs who have been benching for all of this season with 1 goal between them in 20 matches this season, and replace the top scorer in the league and the in-form ST. While we're at it, lets continue to play a CB at RB and play a full back at LM, with a hobbit still in the side just cause we're BFFs. If he has legitimate reasons, and we win comfortably tonight, I will fully understand; but we have 20 players fit for choice and the starting XI looks lacklustre on paper. PLEASE prove me wrong MM. |
