I don't know about anyone else, but in my household Mortgage/Rent comes first. Then Taxes. Then everything else. If you can pay £20,000 a week for footballing services to someone, you can pay your rent. Pay unto Caesar like the rest of us, and DON'T give anyone any reason to tamper with the Freehold, that leads to a horrid place.
Is there any benefit to both parties if they both wanted to sell the land or relocate the club? |
