Speaking as someone who has seen a couple of games where Shefki was a manager can honestly say I'd rather take Mick or Lambert back than hire Shefki as a manager. |

Probably no one is surprised since he's linked with pretty much every job available at this level and has those Spurs links. But he's really not a great manager and certainly not someone we'd need right now. In my books he goes into category of top-5 god-please-no with Megson, Pardew, Kuqi and Stam... |

If I remember correctly, Shefki had some clashes with his Spanish staff members (including Pablo) while in charge of PK-35 in Finland, so it doesn't seem likely.. |

I think that's a bit harsh (but only a bit): the formation gave us a chance to play better football than the 4-2-3-1 formation where there's a huge gap between our defensive players and attackers, but the problems still remain the same: we don't have the nerve (or skill?) to play the ball out of the defence but resort to hoofing it forward if we get any pressure from the opponents. Also Sears doesn't work as a lone forward role, he really doesn't have any hold-up play. And as a theme spanning the whole season, we don't really get any penetrative passes to the oppostion's penalty area (just check our heatmaps at whoscored.com, there's always a U-shape around the opposition box)... |

It wasn't quite live, the lag was about 2-3 minutes, also judging by crowd reactions the audio was lagging a bit.. I can live without commentary but would like to have game clock and score somewhere on the screen. Otherwise pleased to be able to see Town games regularly... |

Apparently had tried to sack his assistant manager without the permission of the club's owner (they also had had disagreements over transfers).. Can't see him getting another chance at a Finnish top division club.. |
