Granted Fred was pretty awful Saturday, his worst game thus far in a Town shirt. But I cannot remember him having a poor game before that. So over-the-top & reactionary saying that he should be dropped, Pigott 2.0 etc.
Come on! Cast your minds back to last Tuesday and he was one of the best players on the pitch. Won't do his confidence any good, got to stick with him. [Post edited 19 Sep 2022 17:12]

Thanks buh. Quite obvious that a lot of our worries of passing out the back do come from him.
Not saying he's a bad CB, or a bad footballer. But Burgess deserves a shot. |
