| Forum Thread | Question regarding Blackpool game tickets at 13:04 2 Nov 2019
Hello wise fellows of TWTD, I am planning to attend Town vs Blackpool on 23/11. Just went onto the club site to buy tickets and it says you have to have either a season ticket or a silver card? Why aren't any available on general sale? Confused |

I was pleased to hear it was be restored when plans were announced some years ago. Even more excited to hear they got lottery funding and council agreed to chip in. So my question is, some years later, wtf is going on? |

Seeing as it's a rare thing for us to experience, unlike the budgies who've been down more times than a Portman Road hooker, I think I might celebrate when our relegation is confirmed. Im going to take a positive spin on it and tell myself it could be cathartic for us and we will come back stronger for it. May also mean Marcus Evans loses interest and will move on. |

I'm going to be selling Video doorbell recording subscriptions. Seems a very lucrative line of work. |

Do you really think ANYONE of calibre is going to join a club with a place all but booked in League One next season? The only transfers for this club will be to get the deadwood out. Players that never should have been on ITFC's books in the first place. |

Linkedin tells me he's been 24 years at sporting behemoth TWTD multimedia. That's pretty impressive managing to go 24 years without getting a proper job ;) Congrats Mr Ham! |

Not even the "dead cat bounce" of a new manager has lifted our performances. I can't see them sacking another manager so it'll be Lambert at the helm to try to steer us clear from relegation. And absolutely nothing I have seen from him suggests to me he can do that. So I have officially abandoned hope we will stay in the Championship. Be nice to play Blackpool again. Evans OUT |
| Forum Thread | Ipswich becoming a managerial graveyard? at 16:47 12 Nov 2018
After the latest casualty Paul Hurst - a guy proven to be woefully out of his depth at this level but considering his lower league success perhaps worth a punt, I got to thinking of our last few managers whose careers have basically ended at Portman Road. Going all the way back to Joe Royle, here's a record of our managers and what happened to them after leaving PR... Joe Royle - retired Roy Keane - sacked, now a grumpy pundit on ITV Paul Jewell - sacked, spent one month as asst at Oldham Athletic last year Mick Mcarthy - hounded out, still to find new managerial role. Paul Hurst - sacked, be lucky to get another league manager's job Not good reading is it? [Post edited 12 Nov 2018 16:47]

Don't expect Hurst will be out the door until things are REALLY bad. We're still paying the price for Jewell's disastrous management of this club |

the training ground for the day and is stopping off at Tesco to pick up Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, milk and tea on the way home. Ah! I've missed these! |
