Works visas, for anyone who has never had to apply for works visas, if you change your employer, you have to get permission from Immigration to change your employer ie: NCFC to ITFC. it takes time. possibly the only hold up for the announcement. |

A youngish keeper coming in, behind a new defense who needed time to gel, and Maurice gets all of the blame. The guy lost confidence as well as carrying an injury. We still won more points with him in goal than the other two keepers combined. Hoping he returns with much more confidence and show these boo boys how good he is. |

Re LB and RB positions, people keep forgetting we have Ashley young who can both positions, also Greaves played RB at the end of last season, plus Humphreys can play there too. Just getting Akpro signed will give us a great handed to succeed. |

The fact we are looking for players who would be good for PL but need to drop to the championship is also making life hard. Even with KMc in charge we still are not desirable to none current IK players. It a hard sell. While our aim is to go straight back up, it not guaranteed. I try to be a glass half full person, and a company owner, I know how hard it is to get staff (team players) in and keep them happy. HH being young was asked to move 300 miles from family and friends. I’m not shocked he said no. |

I say that was a good test to figure out everyone playing better opposition than they have been use to. I liked that our defense was made to work very hard, something they are not use to. It gives everyone an idea of how much harder they need to dig in. Sounded like a good work out to me

If they offered 7mil, counter with 10mil. I am a fan of what he can do, but I feel in his whole time with us we have barely ever had a fully fit NB. Like others I don’t want him to go, but I think we are well covered in his position. If he was able to stay away from those pesky little injury’s and could give us 40+ games I would say keep him, but I do think moving away is the right thing for ITFC |
