I think Saturday was a real cold shower day and we were outclassed by terrible terrible defending...we need to be awake from the first second of each half..very amateurish defending. Burns and Johnson seem to be out of their depth or in Burns' case, he needs to believe he can play at this level. Delap was totally alone up front and we need to play with two strong attackers..we gave West Ham too much initiative and could have won if we had held our nerve till half time. Need to go back to basics otherwise a long hard slog awaits... |

Sig.Romano is a respected Italian journalist but the Italians in the football sphere have a very speculative nature and whilst there is no doubt some truth in the story, he is still a little far off the mark. Here in Italy, the Omar story is still conjecture and on the rumour mill......hopefully there will be real movement in the story but take it with a pinch of salt at the moment... |
