SHU - Could this be ITFC if we don't bounce straight back up?

SHU failed to get promoted. after one year in the Championship.
Sacked manager,
Lots of ins and outs due to reflect less budget.
Looked poor tonight given their previous years' status.
Could this be ITFC if not promoted? Investment is time limited.
