Sadly a stuttering perfomance that only ever looked like a 0-0 or 0-1 so we take a fairy poor point. Rumours of ladapo telling Chaplin to F off and Williams not showing for training ….if true they should both be shipped out. Ladapo clearly not up to this division anyway. Williams it looks like attitude, hence he hasn’t been featuring. We don’t want these types of players around the club. I’m sure McKenna has it in hand ! |

This was a throw back to last season against a non football hoof team that will and throughly deserve to go down (and this time stay were they should be). Watched on ifollow, dominant performance, particularly 1st half. If Preston got ball it was pretty much ‘ can we have our ball back please ‘ delightful crisp passing and cracking goals, little bit of a wobble at end but so many changes at that point can.t have been easy. Must have been terrible to watch as a Preston fan. |

Another dour team dispatched on their journey home. Ridiculous time wasting again which perversely ends up making the game a ballache for us to see out because of what they were doing before. Can't be right ! I wonder if there has ever been a goalkeeper sent off for two yellows for time wasting? The token ‘eventual yellow' means little really when it just carries on. Imagine supporting dross like that! Well done town for getting over the line, well deserved. Sometimes the game looked ridiculous with 21 players camped in one half in an cat and mouse endurance game! |
