The add ons are would include us staying up and the sell on clause to city would be based on our profit, not the purchase cost. We won't be making just £9m.

Consider most folks were a little disappointed in his initial signing, thinking we paid too much. Having the benefit of hindsight is not a qualification to diss the deal.
