| News Comment | Ipswich Have a Nailed-On Win This Saturday - Notes for Stoke City at 11:26:39
Great report as always Harry. Looking at their side, on paper there's a lot of experience. I strongly believe that we can take some momentum from the Derby game (and the fight from the derby game!) into Saturday. Still too little too late, but good opportunity for 3 points. COYB. |
| News Comment | Town Announce New Shirt Sponsor at 13:46:33
Really disappointed in this decision. Morally wrong to promote gambling in sport, especially with the exposure to our younger fan base. As a club we are chasing the money, not leading in the community. Radio Orwell was a fall from grace, but that at least reflected a local organisation. Sad times. |
| News Comment | Ipswich Away Next, Can Anyone Honestly See Us Winning? — Notes for Sunderland at 18:17:42
Excellent stuff Harry. I hope you're entertained when extracting these comments? Two standouts were on Ruiter's slow reactions "I've pushed my wardrobe over more quickly", and the comparison on positioning between Billy Jones and the Greggs bag. Brilliant. Let's hope we give them reason to continue in this vein on Wednesday. 3-1. |

Thanks Harry - a pleasure to read. More so because of the constructive counterpoints and debate in the comments section. |
| News Comment | McCarthy Hits 25-Year Management Milestone at 09:23:45
I think it's respectful to mark the milestone of 25 years of football management. As supporters of ITFC we are entitled to take issue with this season, however to spend a quarter of a century in the upper reaches of your chosen profession is an achievement. No one can blag a career for that long. |
| Blog Comment | The Greatest Story Ever Told - Have Leicester Done an Ipswich? at 08:25:51
Thanks Superfrans. A well written considered blog. I can only agree with your conclusion. It is disappointing that 1992 appears to be year zero for English football within the media. The game was played for over 100 years before the premier league, with many varied clubs enjoying their moments in the sun. This is rarely referenced, as it does not fit into the PL brand. That said, I hope Leicester enjoy their moment. |
| News Comment | Murph: Freddie's Been Brilliant at 14:36:08
Positive comments from DM about Sears. As an aside, I'm unable to recall any Murphy detractors this season. Fully deserved the award. |
