I think Leeds may end up winning the title. They are strong defensively and their forward line is crazy for this level. On top of that they have a manager who has won this division twice. |

I'm in consultancy and occasionally get this. As a starter we have in our terms that late payments incur interest and a £250 late payment processing fee. When we eventually need to threaten to impose these charges that often gets results. If it doesn't we use a debt collection agency who take over the matter for a cut (c15%). Rather than spend our own billable time chasing it makes more sense and it usually works. |

Hi Horsham I am a surveyor and regularly deal with boundary disputes. Also live not too far from Horsham in Sussex (assuming that the origin of your username). Happy to try and help. The title plan I believe you are referring to is only a guide to the relationship of parcels of land and unlikely to be accurate enough to describe the legal boundary. It will be based on OS mapping which has inherent inaccuracies. If you can find it the originating conveyance is the document you need. this is the conveyance when the property was first formed. If you are lucky there may be a plan appended describing the legal boundary position. |

They are too well run/ coached to be in any trouble. Recruitment is good and will continue to be so no doubt. There will be more than 3 worse clubs than them including Wednesday I suspect |

I am very happy with my (non Tesla) EV. I have a charge point at home which makes things very much easier. For long distances Id say it depends on how many unplanned journeys you are doing. I.e if you routinely do the same journey then you will soon get to know when/where to charge on the way and its no issue. If however you are doing unfamiliar journeys charging can be more of an issue as you have to find chargers that are free/working etc. Numerous charging providers are also a pain as you have to set up accounts/download apps to get the charger going. |

Plymouth have quite the rebuild. Lost their 6 loan players plus Wilson, Mayor and Ennis. Cooper also out until October time. Well run and a good recruitment team though so they'll do a good job of it id imagine |

Decent players but Bannan and JCH will not be targets, way off the profile that we will go for. I think we will upgrade the spine of the team:- CB as Keogh wont stay on a playing contract. CM (Taylor from Posh?) which will also require a clear out in that area AM as Aluko wont stay on a playing contract. ST as we currently only have Ladapo and Ahadme |

If we are L1 still Davis is the one who will likely get attention from the championship. |

I agree a steady build seems likely. To me it seems we will have the opportunity to recruit to improve the spine of the team. At center back we can replace Keogh (Ndaba and Baggot don't seem ready yet) Centre mid I think Taylor from Posh will arrive but will be interesting who leaves. Otherwise its 2 from Morsey, Humphreys, Evans, Ball, Camara, El Miz, and Harper (And that assumes Luongo doesn't stay) Attacking mid Aluko probably goes and TJJ seems a likely replacement as he is out of contract I believe. Forward Hirst if he continues to do well and is available at the right price or AN Other. |

I thought I heard that from the D3/D4 pod, perhaps I/they made a mistake. It was also said that Cooper is something like -11 on expected goals conceded so seemingly was part of the difference between actual goals against and xGA. I recall George Elek on NTT20 referring to the mismatch in stats a number of times, he has been expecting Argyle to fall away at some point. |
