Maybe a touch high but the biggest subsection of the huge number of non-voters right now are centre- left to left - if it’s done right (and it’s much too early to say on that front I think), it could energise an enormous number of non voters. 150,000 sign ups in two days suggests that could be extremely plausible. |

Different class/ideological coalition from the Greens. Polanski might win and that might ease a lot of socialists’ worries about Green nimbyism/parochialism (which is arguably a bit outdated anyway). If this new party and the Greens had a non-compete agreement they’d probably get a combined 30% of the vote. |

She’s not on Spotify out of principle but I will nominate Joanna Newsom’s Divers. Maybe her best album and certainly one of my top handful of the last twenty years. |

Not completely representative if their oeuvre but more Pink Flaggish than not. I love Wire, one of the smartest efficient bands ever. Chairs Missing is a classic and 154 has a few absolute beauties on it (though more expansive). Elastica shamelessly pinched their song of course (and the Stranglers’). |

He’s from Merida where it’s regularly 35-40C but he seems to have adapted fine to playing up in Toluca where the climate is rather more British. It’s 16-19C and raining all week there. I think he’d be fine, the Mexican league certainly lacks intensity but it’s decent enough, a notch below the Championshio but he’s comfortably one of the best midfielders (and a good performer in a decent national side). |

Not sure about reliability but pretty huge reach/audience (not the same obvs) - lots of other Mexican football types weighing in and getting excited about this though, consensus seems to be that it’s a great move for everyone |

OMG as a Mexicanist I am obviously very invested in this one. He’s a really good rounded player and is now an international regular. |

Yes, though this way there’s a route for Cam Humphreys to play twenty games against the weaker sides… if it’s Cajuste plus someone more robust (like Sheaf or Downes) with Morsy and Humphreys (plus A N Other) on the bench/rotating then I’d be pretty confident in the midfield. |
