Unfortunately trying to find proper live unpasteurised cask ales are difficult these days. Even Adnams have stopped doing their bitter in mini-kegs. I know why because it has a very short shelf life and it needs leaving to settle before using but it is a very different experience from modern beers.
On the subject of dark beers does any brewer make Tolly’s Cobnut brown ale? |

Watched it last night - kicking myself I didn’t get organised and get some tickets for it.
Anyway, certainly a further evolvement from T20 - and its simplistic format and style appear to be geared for the U.S market perhaps? It reminded me of Baseball from the feel of the TV coverage.
I prefer test cricket TBH but there is nothing not to like in this format. |

I remember doing a larger scale Spitfire model as a teenager - lots of moving parts and it took ages to paint!
The Lancaster bomber was my favourite though and had prime position hanging from my bedroom ceiling using fishing line. |

A cup game so not entirely shocked at the outcome.
I do worry about the lack of ability to get a reasonable performance and therefore a result against a 4th tier side with a half decent squad of players.
The OH saga grates because it appears to be a lack of commitment - and commitment is expected to be a given between club, players and supporters. |

I’m sure it has affected him in some negative way - but there is a difference between hacked off with the situation (and that is part of life I’m afraid) and something more serious. I would expect the former to need some general support from work and family, the latter proper professional treatment, but either way he needs to get on with it. Keep calm and carry on… |

Whatever country, league or club you are attached to (or not any) if you are a professional footballer then you would be working towards (or already there) the start of the season if you are europe-based? |
