Yes seasontkt cobblers would agree 1 year at 200 p.w is definately too much money from us and yes the U18s have not achieved under Osman and yes already 1 of them has walked out and gone to Colchester because he manages so well. And how many games have you watched to give your highly educated uninformed opinion. Oh and yes lets throw money at everyone elses cast offs because thats the way to go perhaps you should join the current woeful management team you would fit right in
He has been chased by a couple of premier league clubs for a while but always wanted to wear his home shirt I know him from school but are you off to Villa now
It was one of their better performances with everyone playing in position and it could have gone either way with a couple of chances for the blues which should have been easier to score than miss. Good luck to the boys after a difficult week
Well done Callum you have worked hard for 10 years its been a tough season with you changing position every week but hopefully now you show them what you can do at RB - its your 3rd season of u18s and you played reserves at 15 so push on now. All the best to the other boys its not a nice position to be in and I wish you well for the future.
Newboy bennett is a rb and a good one great pace a waste to play him midfield lawrence looks over rated not surprised they took him off whight looking average the academy has gone backwards without Klug Hall Humes and Kiwombya if Russell Osman spent as much time encouraging his team as he did abusing and arguing with the officials in the first half they might have fared better even the crowd were shouting shut up and sit down at him .
Poor management throughout ITFC and clueless leadership and i use the word leadership loosely a shambles from top to bottom
Well done last night and as for the absent manager no surprise he is clearly not interested - would like to have seen players playing in their best positions but they won despite this so I am sure we can progress if they play to their strengths once again well done
Wages have nothing to do with compensation - ipswich will have topped any offer made by anyone else to get him in the first place. And his low wage will be nothing in comparison to the peanuts Lavery will have been offered. Amazing a couple of wins and everyone is pro PJ a couple of losses and everything will be back to normal and negative again with never a reality check or balance inbetween.
He got a better offer elsewhere but that's OK - however it's not OK for Lavery make your mind up it either is or it is not ok to take a better job offer - how many of us in the real world would turn down better terms and secure our future especially in the current climate.
Roy Keane an understated man who went around doing what was right quietly and only got the press and comments if it was something someone did not like - boy did Ipswich do him wrong
No disgrace at all Needham play at a good level with some very good and experienced players and I am sure the academy 16 and 17 year olds will have benefitted from the experience.
I am with you whoppit - the only problem is we can't sell him because no one thinks he is worth buying if they did he would be gone already. It's only the numpties who believe all the hype his agent puts out that want to keep him he is unproven and his talent is all speculation so far. All huff and no puff
Nice to see the Ipswich boys mentioned I watched Callum Bennett play for the county side and U18's when he was a schoolboy and he always looked a natural talent. Would be great to see them both go all the way
