Milne: Stick With Us
at 18:52:19

Too late - It felt really hard but the quality of football on show does not justify the £800+ that it costs my son and I to watch. I suspect that they will be lucky to get 12,000- no end of people have said to me that they are not renewing - people who have been supporting the team for a number of years.

You have to question the referee's decision making - quite clearly to everybody in the ground Fabio had lost it and should have been sent off.

Murphy Only Town Player in Top 10
at 18:01:34

Pleased for Murphy - certainly not convinced by Bamford myself. As regards Leadbitter, I think it's fair to say that nobody from that reached their true potential at town. I'm struggling to think why that should be!

Town 1-1 AFC Bournemouth - Match Report
at 20:38:25

4 points from Watford away and Bournemouth at home - perhaps I'm missing something here but surely 95% of town supporters would have taken that - apparently not - we've not only got to get all the points but we've got to play better football than every team we play against. I'm sure most people came away from the game today feeling that they had seen a really tough, tense, competitive game, that could have gone either way.

McCarthy: Little in It Other Than the Goals
at 19:17:52

I seen some daft comments before but some of the remarks on here are both extremely abusive and completely wrong. Do people really believe that today's game was between two teams who are financially equal. One look at Norwich's accounts shows that they have much more money than us to mount a serious promotion challenge than us. That is why they can afford to have creative players of real quality. How much do we think some of their players are earning? We have seriously overachieved this year - I am not convinced that ultimately we will have enough to get promoted but generally this seasons results mean that at least we are entering March with something to play for.

Let's be honest £35 is about £10 too much for a Championship game.

Derby Chief Removes Tweets

Ultimately the season is not based on one result - lets see where they end up at the end of the season. Derby didn't impress me with either their football or the attitude of their manager and others associated with the club.

Hunt to Return to Leeds
at 20:08:38

To be fair, apart from the goal at charlton, we didn't really see what he could do and I guess he may be back as a squad player at some point - can't imagine it's easy doing business with Leeds at the moment.

FA Cup Ticket Prices Set

At these prices it makes the trip to Southampton quite attractive -win or lose I hope its a better match than the home game against Preston last year which was dire regardless of the cost.

McCarthy Has Selection Dilemmas Ahead of Leeds Clash
at 07:36:17

Isn't great to have so many options - personally I'd like to have Parr in the team - I feel it gives us more defensive balance and also options going forward when he and Mings are in the team. Agree with Cheddar1610 that Tabb has had a good spell. The competition for midfield places is becoming really intense.

Arsenal Interest Will Have Positive Effect On Mings

Mings improvement has been phenomenal; he is such an exciting player to watch. No doubt there will be a few people at Southampton wondering how they let him slip through the net. Still, their loss is our gain.

Excellent game of football - really good atmosphere at the ground - it's been a long time since we can be so positive about our performances - I thought Hunt was amazing today - putting himself all over the pitch.

Town on Hot Food Policy
at 20:30:22

Perhaps someone could enlighten me about who is making PR decisions at the club because it appears to me that the number of PR errors are increasing. What is annoying is the shoddy rational used to justify unpopular decisions. Lots of people have stuck with the club despite watching, until recently, some fairly average football. It would be a shame if improvements in the team are undermined by clumsy decision making off the pitch.

Town on Hot Food Policy
at 21:57:15

Last time I bought food was before norwich game - waited 20 minutes to get served by someone who clearly didn't know what he was doing and tried to charge me £6 more than I was due. I'd be more inclined to buy if the food and service was of a decent quality. Any way what about the bags containing the paper and goodies - surely these should be banned as well?

McCarthy: We Should Have Won
at 19:53:20

What a frustrating result - Blackburn looked a very average team and the referee seemed out of his depth but really Ipswich should have finished them off, especially having been so dominant for 30 minutes of the second half. I can understand why the team attempted to hold on to the ball towards the end but how many times have we seen this approach come unstuck in football especially when they are only one goal ahead. This was definitely three points lost. Still there were positives, especially the performance of Bru, who had an excellent game. Lets hope it acts as a spur on Tuesday in what will be another difficult game.

McCarthy: Rosler's Comments "Disingenuous"
at 07:36:51

Anyone who was at the game or saw it on TV could see that Ipswich were far superior to Wigan for the vast majority of the game. It's a poor response from Rosler, an unprofessional and transparent attempt to draw attention away from his own team's failings. I suspect he is starting to feel some pressure. Any who cares about his future - bring on Rotherham- let's hope another win could push town into the top 6 and who knows maybe Mick will end up with a deserved manager of the month award!

Evans: I've Had Offers for Town
at 20:58:01

I'm not convinced that everybody was 'over the moon' about Keane's appointment, but to be fair it did give the town a lift for a short while - as for Jewell, a very mixed record before arriving at Portman rd and in retrospect a risky appointment. McCarthy is a much steadier influence and appears to me to be getting the best out of a limited budget. Sadly I think the league positions, broadly speaking, reflect the money available for wages and transfers and therefore I feel that we have reached our maximum position, unless we are really fortunate and can achieve similar success to Burnley.
