Although by his previous standards he has done well in the last few games, but have we actually played well as a team since his return. Get rid and let Hyam and Drury start doing the business again.

Why on earth don't we move Edwards up into midfield and use Jamie at right back. Edwards is one of the few players that has shown some quality this season and could do so much more in midfield. surely if Peters could do Arsenal he could cope with Blackpool, at least put him on the bench as he can play in so many positions.

A year ago Jamie Peters owned Arshavin at Portman Road, since then Jewel has given no chance to a player that has always given 100% for town and deserves better. Since last week i see no future for Jewel as he seems too frightened to speak to his players(or inspire them) which is ironic as last year our players were too frightened to talk to keane(before he was sent packing)

Get George back and lets watch some football again, build a team over the next two years and then go up the right way. If you want to support a team that always wins go and support Man u but wheres the pride in that.

Reading Keeper to Sign Three-Month Deal by Wednesday

Same old madness, why do we keep signing keepers if we just had a couple of decent defenders we would not have to worry so much or do we go home after every game thinking wow we played well, if it was not for our keeper we would have won that?????.

As for Warnock yup he played one season of pretty football with QPR in the championship(with a shed load of cash) but does everyone forget the nasty teams he put together for Sheffield United year on year. Who here remembers the play off against Sheffield, with a team full of cheats like Chris Morgan.

Lets get back to building a team that plays real team football and not another manager that can only buy success, as look where that has got us.

I am new to this but after listening to the the Drury interview whilst walking the dog i had to do something to express my concern as to the current management of our team. Now I am no genius but most good managers that i have ever known actually talk to their team, however according to Drury after returning from being played constantly on loan the only thing that Jewel has said to him was 'your going to play' last Monday.

How can you actually manage or inspire your team if you do not even talk to them.
As such and even though he has not even had a year at the club we must let Mr Jewel go and let him hide somewhere else as he seems unable to face his team or manage them.

The interview has done it for me,(listen to it if you can) and shows that this or any team will not play for our manager (unless he has some kind of counseling first) that will enable him to face his team, talk to them and try to help them believe that he has some faith in their ability.
