The usual stupid comments on here. Where does anyone think we dont build up the way weve done all season? Yet fans are at the same time moaning our play is too slow? Yes, we alternate at times by playing the ball up to Moore, which makes sense. But 80-90% of termtime we're still building from the back. Those saying Chaplin should have started? Where have you been the past couple of months? He's done very little for a while now. And dint when he came on last night. Plus he's carrying a slight back issue. And omari was mom last night? So what's the argument there? Keepxjearimg thst we're jaded? Well if that's the case, how come we were able to dominate the last 20 minutes of the game, wrestling the control back from Watford, whod been very good for 20-25 minutes of that 2nd half. Thst takes energy, to be able to do that. As for the daft comments suggesting we shouldn't take any positives from the game? Typical negative fans saying that.
Oh, and anyone believing that was a shot at the end? Was clearly just trying to clear the ball as far away as possible to prevent us have ing one last attack. And almost got lucky. Fortunately hladky made a great save to keep it out. |

Stato. Apparently Chaplin wasn't thd designated penalty taker anyway. According to Mckenna, the designated taker wasnt on the pitch at the time we got the penalty. So was likely more a case of who wanted to take it. I'm assuming broadhead was thd designated player, as its him who's,been taking our penalties since last season. |

Sick parrot. Why oh why do some fans just say we had a poor start.? Did you not expect Millwall to come out of the traps fast and put us under pressure early on? Know I did, so did Mckenna, and no doubt, the players too. We did what we needed to do. Defended well, and then werexable to impose our game on them. Why not give the opposition some credit for their start to thd match, rather than just give all the we started badly. |
