There was talk originally that he'd be back for the end of season - for that to be true he'd probably be have had to returned to some sort of training by now.
Has there been an update lately? I'd be surprised to see him this season as it stands |

We seem to now be living in a world where Phil confirms news by not denying it, so shall we assume Gallagher get's done? 
Assuming yes, surely that's our Ladapo replacement and there's still a Hirst replacement (whilst he's injured) to come?

Do we think it's a fair assumption to make that if he's not here by Saturday, then he's not coming? Certainly if he plays for Bham, then he's not coming?
His insta post was one of two things - it was either a "goodbye" post (I was sure it was), or a "I'm staying" post. There's no other reason.
So if was goodbye, I'd expect him to move pretty quickly (certainly not play at the weekend). Therefore, if not here and plays on Saturday, we can assume it's not happening. |

I should be elated with this signing but for some reason I’m really not
Davis and Clark don’t need upgrading. But he’s not joining to sit on the bench. All I can think (hope) is he’s going to be reinvented to play the burns role.
