That’s kinda how most free transfers work and so why it’s become more of a thing. You get a big chunk of what the transfer would’ve been as a signing on fee - they’re far far far from free transfers! |

Fwiw my understand is we’ve agreed a deal with Boro but agent is being a pain. Unless late prem interest solidifys, which it hadn’t on Friday, this will get done.
Also, for the avoidance of any doubt, the club know and accept Omari will leave this summer. McKenna did a good job at protecting a young player, but in reality he will be leaving when the deal is right (and he hasn’t handled it the best way possible - that said I don’t know if that went as far as not showing up for training at some point, or whether that was someone exaggerating the situation) |

I'm really torn.
It is very expensive.
HOWEVER, no one questions musicians charging £100 a ticket? And there's not many activities you can do these days for 2 hours that would cost less than that (that'd you'd actually enjoy) |

My understanding is he's currently not handling things in the best way (from our perspective anyway). No idea as to the detail behind that but I'd assume one way or another that may be why he doesn't appear to have trained with us yet. |
