What were people expecting this season? We are working project, it is going to take a while for us to be able to attract a high calibre of player into this football club because we are not seen by players as being a club going places. It is going to take time. Maybe we should target young League One players who have ambition to this club, because after all it has worked with Cressy and it worked with Walters. This could get us somewhere! I am also surprised we never signed Magnus Okounghae from Colchester on a free this summer, what a CB pairing him and Chambers could have made... |

Some of you fans are so pathetic! He is working on the players FITNESS along side Andy Liddle. He doesn't need football experience to get the players fit. He clearly has a strong background on fitness. So, it is a brilliant signing! |
