Mobile tickets

Ive got tickets for tomorrow, the ticket section on my itfc account page says they’re there but I can’t forward on, or download a bar code (or whatever else I might need). Anyone know what I might need to do ? Travelling down from midlands tomorrow and wanna make sure I’ve done everything I need to in advance. (Ticket money has come out of bank account !)
