Everyone seems to be ignoring the biggest factor in all of this - to sell the club there needs to be someone out there who wants to buy it and invest the sort of money everyone knows the club needs to be successful,regardless of how much of that debt evans writes off.Until there is someone out there wanting to throw money at the club nothing will happen.
