Such an exciting game today...must be the best we ever played.
Paul Taylor was incredible. It was like he was in a cup final. Total respect to him for the commitment and skill he showed. He was so entertaining and created great chances in them game for us today.
Such a shame we couldn't finish our chances in the first half. The score totally flattered QPR although there is no doubt they came out in the second half in a different gear...
What I can't make out is Mick's substitutions. Frank...really? Hunt added nothing. I'm a fan of Tyrone who worked hard.
We've dropped to 9th now and that's no surprise..our 6th place was sadly totally false.

Paul was such a funny man...absolutely hilarious and loved his football. The world will be a dull and grey place without you Paul. Such a tragedy at such an early age and why does it happen to the good guys?

Mick and terry you are truly inspirational leaders. Fantastic second half of our season. Luke hyam. Chamber, tommy smith, jay tab. Scoot loach and Carlos and in fact the whole team today were magnificent. Mick and terry know who the best team are and play them. What a refreshing change.
Surely chopra, jet and Martin were brought on either to convince mick he is making the right decision in letting them go or for them to say goodbye. They sealed their own fate in my opinion and the team fell apart, conceded a goal, Martin got booked characteristically on just 10 mins on the pitch...rubbish the lot of them... Get rid.
Otherwise a wonderful atmosphere at Portman road this afternoon...truly vintage. Thank you. |

Farewell and good luck lead boots. You've never gelled with this club and the fans. We needed you the last few games and thanks for your help regardless of the motives. It gave us much needed points. You won't go down as a tru town player motto mention a hero and how disappointing for you that your last memorable moment was a missed penalty.
Still, maybe you have been so homesick and not appreciated our beautiful coastline and adnams ale. If this is the case I wish you well.
As for plug, you are a tru town hero and will always be remember for your amazing world class saves in the play off cup final. This is what we remember you for and just genuine regret that this season wasn't your best. Thank you for all you have done.
