Not a great first half obviously but TWO unfortunate own goals and definitely offside for the second plus hitting the post (again!) and an encouraging end to the game. Another day this would have been a comfortable win for Ipswich but hey-ho, that's the way it goes. Still a long way to go and the two bigger strikers give the team a much-needed new option which should increase their confidence. |

Obviously disappointed that Ipswich were not good enough to put the ball in the net from so many chances and fair play to Maidstone who came with a plan and it worked. However, why is it that in the FA Cup there is VAR at Premier grounds and not elsewhere? Had there been VAR at this match the result would have been different: two clear penalties for Ipswich and a foul on an Ipswich player immediately before the second Maidstone goal. I wouldn't say the referee was poor but he missed clear infringements in favour of Maidstone. |

So here's a question for you:
Would you trade a victory over Norwich with victories against Leeds and Leicester i.e. would you be happier with a win against Norwich and defeats against Leeds and Leicester or ice versa?
I actually think that Ipswich will beat Norwich and Leicester and draw at Leeds.

There are hundreds, even thousands of 78 Cup Final priogrammes around. They have a limted value. £30 seems reasonable to me if you want to sell them. |
