I wouldn't be to disappointed with this choice of manager as long as he believes he can work with the squad which is in place and feels he dose not need to spend to much money on players which is never really been the Ipswich way did well at Millwall taking them from league 1 to just outside playoffs in championship this would be more than a good start it's about bringing the players we have in the squad up to scratch and giving them confidence and someone you believes he can make a team from what we have at the club.
