Of all the places we don’t need a played it’s here. Palmer comfortably one of the best in the championship and was unbelievable at times for us in the Prem. Would be more concerned about someone coming in for him than him being replaced tbh. |

Wouldn’t mind this one tbh. Shocked someone is after him. |

And linked with us also. CM & Striker position will be priority no doubt. We made need as many as 3 new CMs in this summer. |

We need a ball winning midfielder who we can develop. Cajuste isn’t that player but would be a revelation with someone of this Ilk. Striker position I expect as mentioned us to go for a Kone type tbh. We don’t need anyone else dependent on who is sold imo. Suspect we will bring back Cam and Ali to fill squad positions. Possibly a centre half if Burge departs because we have struggled at LCB for me. |

From inside the stadium I’d imagine it didn’t look that bad.. |

First time I’ve ever said anything on the guy. It was a weak challenge, the sort that leads to knee injuries. All the clamour around that comment is laughable. Funnily enough most of the challenges I’ve seen him make fit that category. Hope for his sake it’s not a bad one. |

This wasn’t bad luck, weak challenge and left his leg out. |

There is no chance Clarke gets sold this summer. Or Philogene. Hutchinson might get some interest and perhaps Leif. Sold - Delap Maybe sold - Hutch, Leif Maybe moved on - Burgess, Al Hamadi, Johnson. Leavers from loans Cajuste, Phillips Returned -Clarke and humphries The rest stay for me. |
 | Forum Reply | Johnson at 13:32 4 Apr 2025
On a good night he was by far and away our weakest link. Agree I haven’t seen much from him to warrant anything tbh. But on that right side we have been so unlucky losing Ogbene and Burns and Now Hutch whom I suspect should replace Johnson when fit. |
 | Forum Reply | Imo the most important area to sort at 13:46 2 Apr 2025
DCM for me. Are inability to turn the ball over and win challenges is there for all to see. What was our strength for the two previous season has become our weakness this. A real enforcer would have kept us up this season. |

Our Chairman and the owners give us stability, because some of the fans we have raise a few eyebrows. People have very short memories and even those that don’t seem to make comparisons to a different era which clearly isn’t where we sit now. For those that do that, they should be reminded that Burlwy built a team at the top of the championship over several seasons before bringing us up. I’d also suggest the level of the PL is vastly different to that of now. |
 | Forum Reply | terrible game, why have we become so negative over the last 2 months? (n/t) at 20:21 3 Mar 2025
Completely devoid of confidence. The one consolation is the score line and with players on the bench who can make an impact. Taylor, Mass not at the level unfortunately. You could name a few others but those stand out for me. Hirst is being dominated and we have no outlet. Jack Clark, Cajuste and Delap could change this up for us if we can stay in it. |

The CM one is interesting. Certainly most are agreed it where we have been over run and Cajuste can’t complete a game. |
 | Forum Thread | 3 players behind the forward incoming… at 15:43 27 Jan 2025
Whilst initially once we switched to two for the Arsenal game and subsequently won against Chelsea is seemed to make us more solid. But since then we’ve actually looked more open and as a result conceded goals a plenty. I do wonder against slightly weaker opponents will we revert back and be braver. Personally think this happens Sat. A three of Philogene, Ensico and Broadhead behind Delap is quite exciting. Philogene can play off the right and I’d expect Hutchinson to have a rest tbh. |
 | Forum Reply | We have a Goalkeeper issue at 12:35 27 Jan 2025
For me, Muric needed taking out of the firing line, McKenna managed it well and I agree it’s a tough decision because neither has made it easy to keep as a no1. I do wonder if they are looking in the market because that’s what we’ve done in all the other positions. That said if Muric can drastically improve he game with his feet and stop playing the straight pass out that would help immediately imo. |

Delap has been a sensation, our best player this season by far. Hirst is a great option but let’s not get too carried away with a crap team performance albeit against top opposition. Hutch needs a break and Broady looks the part, I can’t go against that. We have Philogene now and Ensico so at least we have options. In regards Leif I think he also needs a rest, played nearly every game for the last 2 seasons and been a sensational player for us. Also worth noting he’s created a lot this season. What disappointed me today was the lack of bite and aggression to get into them. Allowed them too much space and time. The central midfield players were passive as were the wing backs.
